Black Friday is a 3 piece metalcore band from Edmonton, Canada.  After forming in 2016 and releasing their first single "Never Forgotten" they stormed onto the Western Canadian metal scene opening for top metal acts like Arrival Of Autumn, Unleash The Archers, Fit For An Autopsy and Goatwhore.  Their follow up album titled "Darker Days" saw them embark on a western Canadian tour in support of the record as well as another music video for the single "Two Kastanzas".  With 2020 firmly cancelling any tour plans, the band instead focused on releasing singles with accompanying music videos the first being for their song "Chloe".  2023 saw the trio release the single "Come Back From Nothing" which features a guest vocal spot by Jesse Zaraska from famed metalcore veterans Misery Signals.  Black Friday continues to play western Canada dates and looks continue releasing new music in 2024.
